BCIL offers helpdesk facility to all our customers for logging in their complaints either through Email or over the phone. Each complaint is provided with a Ticket/Case Number which is attended by an experienced engineer and is fully tracked within BCIL Service Manager Software till closure.
BCIL has the largest team of trained and experienced Service Engineers in the industry to attend warranty, AMC, SLA contracts, OEM Contract calls on Pan India basis and provides fast and quality resolutions. BCIL has its own offices and well spread support locations within India as well as in Sri Lanka and Singapore to service our multi-location customers.
