The client was struggling to achieve asset visibility and traceability in their offices. Approximately 120000 transactions for asset movement were recorded manually per year. High dependency on the workforce to allot assets and update date in server caused errors in tracking authorized and unauthorized movement of assets. There were increased cases of asset loss and misplacement which increased their operational cost and effected their work efficiency and productivity. Moreover, the lack of real-time information on asset transactions delayed the audit process severely.
